One of the original homes built in 1957 by well known local builder Fernando Romero in the historic neighborhood known as "Gringo Gulch". It was recently renovated by well known L.A. architect James Meares (Dorothy Chandler Music Pavilion) in a more contemporary style.
This stunning 6 bedroom villa is located just steps from all that is most interesting in Puerto Vallarta, from gourmet restaurants to taco stands, from quaint markets on cobblestone streets to art galleries and upscale boutiques as well as just a short walk to popular Los Muertos Beach and panoramic views. Puerto Vallarta has it all.
The master suite features a fireplace; an open-air bathroom and matrimonial sunken tub with French doors that open to the garden and Jacuzzi terrace with a another guest bedroom off of the terrace with twin beds.. The two other bedrooms are on the entry level with 1 King and 1 Queen bed, all with private bathrooms and air-conditioning. The living, dining, kitchen, sitting area and a spacious big patio are also on the main level.
The level below has one king bedroom with another living room area; kitchen and full bath. The last level has another king bedroom with sitting room. The house comes with a full staff to pamper you on your dream vacation.
Please note that guests also have the ability to rent the Casita. The casita is a luxurious 2 bedroom casa located adjacent to Casa Tabachin ..... Just steps from el Mercado as well as some of the most popular restaurants and shopping. The Casita is short walk to popular Los Muertos Beach as well. This amazing 2 bedroom has a full kitchen, flat screen TV and views of town and bay includes daily maid service.
