Here is our list of some of our favorite coffee shops in Puerto Vallarta’s Old Town area: 

• A Page in the Sun: Not only does A Page in the Sun grow and roast their own Mexican organic coffee in the Sierra Madre mountains, but they have been a coffee shop icon in Puerto Vallarta for over two decades. Plus, they are the only used-bookstore in Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone with over 2000 books to choose from. Pick-up a bag of their roasted coffee while you’re there and bring it back to Casa Tabachin with you!
• Café Catedral: Café Catedral also roasts their own organic coffee from Chiapas, Mexico. Plus, they have an old-school press espresso machine that we think is one of the secrets to their perfect espresso. Their food and beverage menu has enough variety to offer something to everyone, and their café is conveniently located on one of the best shopping streets in Old Town Puerto Vallarta: Basilio Badillo.
• Caffé Del Mar: Located about half a block up from Los Muertos Beach and Puerto Vallarta’s Mosaic Tile Park, Caffé Del Mar’s specialty is the Italian Cappuccino. Plus, this coffee shop has merged two of the best things in Puerto Vallarta into one location: Art and Coffee. Enjoy exhibits by world-renowned sculpture Rodo Padilla while you sip on a fabulous mug of Mexican blend coffee.
