How many guests can stay at Casa Tabachin?
Up to 16 guests: the villa has 8 suites with a maximum of 2 guests each. Two children under 3 sleeping with their parents stay at no cost; all other children count as guests.
Do I have to rent the whole villa?
Casa Tabachin is always rented privately to one group. You can book from 4 to all 8 suites; the nightly rate depends on how many suites you rent, and unrented suites stay closed.
How much does Casa Tabachin cost per night?
Rates start at $1,090 USD per night for 4 suites in summer (May 1 – Oct 31) and go up to $2,255 USD for all 8 suites in winter (Nov 1 – Apr 30). During the festive holidays (Dec 18 – Jan 8) the rate is $3,025 USD at Christmas and $3,245 USD at New Year. Rates include sales tax and are subject to change.
Are meals included?
The services of a private chef and full house staff are included. Food and beverages are not included in the nightly rate and are paid separately.
Can the chef cook for special diets?
Yes. The chef adapts every meal to each guest’s needs, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, kosher, keto and children’s menus. Send your dietary program in advance and the team will take care of the rest.
What staff is included?
A cook, a concierge, a bartender, a server, housekeepers and a night watchman.
Where is Casa Tabachin located?
On the hillside above historic El Centro (Old Town) in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, México, with views of the Bay of Banderas and the Sierra Madre. Los Muertos Beach and the Romantic Zone are about a 10-minute walk away.
Is the pool heated? Is there a jacuzzi?
Yes. The villa has a heated pool with sun terraces and a terrace bar, plus an 8-person jacuzzi on the rooftop deck.
What amenities does the villa have?
About 8,000 sq. ft. over five levels with 8 ensuite suites (A/C, ceiling fan and TV in each), three kitchens, three wet bars, an outdoor BBQ, 10 televisions with cable and Netflix, free Wi-Fi and free calls to the USA and Canada.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit of $1,000 USD is due together with the balance.
What are the house rules?
Maximum 2 guests per suite, no smoking indoors (smoking is allowed in exterior areas) and no spring-break groups.
